10.26% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Germany pay for CRM software as a cloud service, below the EU27 average of 11.34% by 1.1 points. That ranks Germany 7 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 9.84%, against 4.31% for CRM back in 2018.
