Privacy policy

Data we collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, processed via Netlify Forms, in order to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate). We retain this data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it thereafter unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics only loads after you accept cookies via the banner on this site, using Google's Consent Mode; if you reject or do not respond, no analytics cookie is set. Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookieless and loads after the same consent choice.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to remember your consent choice for 180 days. No cookie is set for analytics unless you accept.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting), and accepted analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and Ahrefs. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting business@gcas-digital.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
