At 17.17%, the share of enterprises in Ireland paying for CRM software as a cloud service was 1.5 times the EU27 average of 11.34% in 2023. That is the fifth-highest figure among the 10 countries compared here.

Growth has been slower than the bloc's: up 1.66 points from 15.51% in 2018, while the EU27 average gained 4.69. Ranked on the 2018 figures it holds the same place, fifth.

ERP cloud adoption is lower, at 13.91% in 2023, 3.26 points under the CRM figure. That is 2.18 points above the EU27's 11.73% and sixth of 10, 1 place lower than on CRM. It was 7.8% in 2021; the 6.11-point rise since then outpaces the 2.08 points the EU27 average added. In the CRM ranking Ireland sits between Belgium (21.15%) and Poland (16.99%).

Ireland places higher on adoption than on supply: fifth of the 10 countries here by CRM cloud adoption, joint eighth by number of listings.
