Best OKR Software in 2026

The short answer

  1. #1 Perdoo: OKR and KPI platform with strategy maps. Best for: Teams of 10 to 500 starting OKRs.
  2. #2 Mooncamp: OKR and goals platform for scaling teams. Best for: Mid-sized firms wanting plain OKRs.
  3. #3 Tability: AI-assisted OKR and goal tracking. Best for: Startups and product teams.

Visibility in this ranking can be paid for. Payment moves a vendor's position within the shortlist; it never adds a vendor, and it never changes a word of the review. The largest vendors in OKR software cannot hold places 1 to 3. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. How it works: placement disclosure · editorial process.

The 12 tools, reviewed

#1 Perdoo

OKR and KPI platform with strategy maps · Germany · perdoo.com

OKRs and KPIs Strategy maps Published pricing

Perdoo covers the whole OKR loop in one product: strategy maps at the top, company, team and individual objectives below, KPIs next to key results, and recurring check-ins that post into Slack or Microsoft Teams. The price ladder is short and public, a free plan stops at five users, and the Premium tier already adds dashboards, SSO, SCIM and API access.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Free up to 5 users. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Teams of 10 to 500 starting OKRs
  • Strengths: Strategy maps; Company, team and individual OKRs; KPI boards.

Where it falls short

Several of the useful extras, such as board views, custom dashboards, custom fields and most CRM and BI connectors, sit on the more expensive Supreme tier.

Wrong for

A company that wants OKRs, review cycles, compensation and engagement in one HR system.

#2 Mooncamp

OKR and goals platform for scaling teams · Germany · mooncamp.com

OKRs Goal tree Teams integration

Mooncamp does less than the strategy suites and says so. You get a configurable goal system with unlimited goals and hierarchy levels, check-ins with reminders and templates, Slack and Microsoft Teams integration, and Jira, Excel and Google Sheets data connections on every plan.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Essential 7 euros and Professional 10 euros per user per month billed annually, minimum five users; Enterprise on request from 100 users. Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Mid-sized firms wanting plain OKRs
  • Strengths: Customizable goal system; Check-ins; Goal tree view.

Where it falls short

The goal tree, custom dashboards and goal weighting need the Professional plan, SAML and SCIM need an Enterprise contract with a 100-user minimum, and public link sharing is reserved for Enterprise as well.

Wrong for

A team of three to four, or a 60-person company that needs SSO without reaching 100 users.

Visit Mooncamp →

#3 Tability

AI-assisted OKR and goal tracking · Australia · tability.io

AI assistant OKRs Standups

Tability sits at the light end of the category, with weekly standups, check-ins and a strategy map, and a priced ladder that starts at 6 dollars. The AI assistant drafts and edits goals and automates check-in reminders, and an MCP server lets people query their OKRs from an assistant.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Basic 6 dollars and Premium 10 dollars per user per month billed yearly (7 and 12 monthly); Enterprise on request. Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Startups and product teams
  • Strengths: OKRs and check-ins; Strategy map; Initiatives and dependencies.

Where it falls short

Hosting defaults to the United States, and Australian hosting is available on request only from 100 users. The top Agentic tier is marked as coming soon, so its AI agent features cannot be judged yet.

Wrong for

A regulated company needing EU-default hosting without an enterprise contract, or a strategy office wanting framework variety.

Visit Tability →

#4 Weekdone

Weekly planning and OKR tool with coaching · Estonia · weekdone.com

Weekly reports OKRs Coaching

Weekdone started as a weekly plans, progress and problems tool and added OKRs on top, which shows in how it works: short written updates feed dashboards that managers can read in minutes. The free account for up to three users carries every feature, so a founding team can run a real quarter before paying.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Free for up to three users with all features, 14-day trial above that. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Small teams that need a weekly rhythm
  • Strengths: OKRs and weekly planning; Conversations, feedback and recognition; Progress dashboards.

Where it falls short

The paid price is shown through a headcount calculator that did not render as text, so we do not quote it.

Wrong for

A strategy office coordinating dozens of teams with KPIs and initiatives.

Visit Weekdone →

#5 Workpath

Modular strategy execution platform for enterprises · Germany · workpath.com

Strategy execution KPIs Consulting

Workpath sells four modules, KPIs, goals, initiatives and resources, and lets a buyer assemble only what the operating model needs. The goal module is integrated with Power BI and Excel Online reporting, the initiative module syncs with Jira and Azure DevOps, and an AI OKR generator and quality checker review wording.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Modular pricing by consultation; AI pricing scales with usage; all enterprise foundations included in every plan. Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Large organizations running OKRs and KPIs
  • Strengths: KPI management; Goals and OKRs; Initiatives.

Where it falls short

No public price exists, so budgeting needs a call, and the modular structure invites scope growth. The product is heavier than a team of twenty needs, and rollout is expected to involve the vendor's services.

Wrong for

A start-up that wants to begin on Monday with a credit card and no sales call.

Visit Workpath →

#6 Cascade

Strategy execution platform that supports OKRs · Australia · cascade.app

Strategy frameworks OKRs Reports

Cascade treats OKRs as one framework among several: balanced scorecards, strategy maps and custom models sit in the same workspace. The free Plan account allows two users to digitize a strategy before any contract, Essentials adds time horizons, a library of metrics and a report builder, and Enterprise adds fully custom frameworks, data residency and a Tapestry AI layer.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Free Plan for two users; Essentials (up to 25 users) and Enterprise (up to 100 users) quoted on request. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Strategy and transformation offices
  • Strengths: Standard frameworks and OKRs; Custom strategy model; Metrics library.

Where it falls short

Prices are not published beyond the free tier, so comparing costs takes a sales call. Plan limits are set by users, metrics and reports, which small teams may hit, and the Essentials plan caps users at 25.

Wrong for

A 15-person start-up wanting a weekly OKR rhythm.

Visit Cascade →

#7 Profit.co

OKR, performance and project suite with AI credits · United States · profit.co

OKRs Balanced scorecard Reviews

Profit.co packs unusually many frameworks into the strategy module: OKRs, balanced scorecards, Hoshin Kanri and strategy roadmaps, next to performance reviews, compensation, projects, timesheets and recognition. A buyer who wants those in one place gets a long list for one contract. The pricing page lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA, and states 100+ integrations.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Essentials and Enterprise plans on request, 30-day free trial; AI actions use credits (500 per user per month on Essentials). Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Mid-sized firms wanting one goal and review suite
  • Strengths: OKRs and goals; Strategy roadmap; Balanced scorecard.

Where it falls short

Prices are not shown as text, so we cannot confirm per-seat cost, and the AI credit pool adds a second usage meter to watch.

Wrong for

A small team that wants a simple weekly check-in and a visible price per seat.

Visit Profit.co →

#8 Betterworks

Performance management with goals and OKRs · United States · betterworks.com

Goals and OKRs Performance 1:1s

Betterworks bundles goals and OKRs with feedback, review cycles and 1:1 meetings in its entry plan at 8 dollars per user per month, with SSO and a designated success partner included. For a people team that wants objectives to flow into performance conversations without a second system, that is a short path.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Performance plan 8 dollars and Performance plus Talent Intelligence 9 dollars per user per month; Enterprise custom. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: HR-led firms tying goals to reviews
  • Strengths: Goals and OKRs; Real-time feedback; Review conversations.

Where it falls short

You pay for a performance suite even when you only want key results, and the price is per user across the company. OKR cascade depth and KPI links are less central than in Perdoo or Workpath.

Wrong for

A founder-led team without an HR function that only needs weekly OKR updates and does not run formal review cycles.

Visit Betterworks →

#9 Leapsome

People platform with goals and OKRs module · Germany · leapsome.com

Goals and OKRs Reviews HRIS

Leapsome lists Goals and OKRs inside its Talent Suite, next to performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning, 1:1s, compensation and a growing HRIS layer. For a people team that wants a single vendor, one employee directory and Berlin-based contracts, goals are one more module to switch on.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Priced per employee per month by module, no setup fees. Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: European HR teams wanting several modules
  • Strengths: Goals and OKRs; Performance reviews; Engagement surveys.

Where it falls short

OKRs are not the center of the product, so cascades and KPI integrations get less attention than at Perdoo or Mooncamp. Price per module must be requested from sales, so a goals-only budget cannot be checked in advance.

Wrong for

A strategy office or product group that needs deep KPI links, driver trees and portfolio views across many teams.

Visit Leapsome →

#10 Lattice

People platform with a goals and OKRs module · United States · lattice.com

Goals and OKRs Reviews Analytics

Lattice sells goals as a module, with cascading goals, progress updates, configurable reminders, and Salesforce and Jira integrations, at 8 dollars per seat per month. Each base product also includes 1:1s, weekly updates, feedback and Q&A boards, so a company that already runs reviews on Lattice can attach OKRs without a new login.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Goals and OKRs module 8 dollars per seat per month, Performance 10 dollars, Engagement 4 dollars; Enterprise on quote. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: HR-led companies with Lattice reviews
  • Strengths: Cascading goals; Progress updates; Reminder notifications.

Where it falls short

The goals module is thinner than a dedicated OKR platform: fewer frameworks, no strategy map listed on the page, and KPI work depends on integrations. Seat pricing applies across the company.

Wrong for

Companies that run OKRs as a strategy exercise independent of HR.

Visit Lattice →

#11 Asana

Work management platform with goals · United States · asana.com

Work management Goals Portfolios

Asana's goals let a team label an item as an objective, key result or individual goal, set a timeframe by quarter or year, and link projects, portfolios and tasks beneath it so progress updates as the work completes. For a company whose planning already lives in Asana, that is the shortest distance between a goal and the tasks that serve it.

  • Pricing: Per user / month. Goals appear in Asana's plan comparison; seat pricing varies by plan and billing term. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Teams already running work in Asana
  • Strengths: Company, team and individual goals; Key results; Goal templates.

Where it falls short

Goals are a feature of a work platform, not a goal system with check-in rhythm, KPI boards and strategy maps. Key results are measured through Asana's own data, and external metrics are harder to feed in.

Wrong for

A company that keeps its tasks in Jira, Monday or spreadsheets and wants goals to read from those.

Visit Asana →

#12 Synergita

OKR, performance and engagement suite · India · synergita.com

OKRs Performance Engagement

Synergita sells three products: OKR, Perform and Engage, with an OKR library, guides, a master class and an AI assistant called OKR Pilot for drafting objectives. Its site carries comparison pages against Profit.co, Peoplebox, Perdoo, Betterworks, Weekdone and WorkBoard, which shows where it expects to be shortlisted.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Separate OKR and Perform pricing pages exist, but they did not load as text when checked. Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Firms in India and Asia wanting an HR-linked OKR tool
  • Strengths: OKR module; Perform module; Engage module.

Where it falls short

We could not retrieve a readable pricing page, so cost and plan limits are unverified. Fewer integrations and European references are visible than for Perdoo or Mooncamp.

Wrong for

A European company that needs EU-based contracting and a published price.

Visit Synergita →

What this category is

OKR software is a system for writing company, team and individual objectives, attaching measurable key results to them, and recording progress through scheduled check-ins. It shows how goals cascade or link across the organization, pulls metrics from other tools, and reports status to leadership each quarter.

How we ranked these

Five tests, applied to every product. The order is not the tests alone: places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them, and the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order.

  • Setup: From first objective to first honest check-in.
  • The real price: Seats, minimums and the quote wall.
  • Getting your data out: Goals are small, history is not.
  • Independence from the vendor: Ownership, hosting and roadmap risk.
  • Who it's for: Pick by the shape of your program.

What the data says about this market

Counted from the twelve tools below, four are headquartered in Germany (Perdoo, Mooncamp, Workpath and Leapsome), four in the United States, two in Australia, one in Estonia and one in India. Five publish a price you can read without talking to sales, and all five sit between roughly 6 and 10 currency units per user per month for the goals product or the plan that contains it. Perdoo, Weekdone and Cascade offer a permanent free tier for OKRs, capped at 5, 3 and 2 users, and Asana's free Personal plan covers two users.

How to choose

  1. Decide who writes the check-ins. Before comparing features, name the person who will chase updates each week and the way the other employees will answer.
  2. Price the whole company, not the pilot. Write down how many people will hold a key result, how many only need to read progress, and how many are executives.
  3. Test the exit before you sign. Ask for a sample export of a finished quarter, including key result history and comments, and open it in a spreadsheet.

Questions and answers

What is the best OKR software in 2026?

Perdoo ranks first of 12, best for teams of 10 to 500 starting OKRs. Mooncamp is second (mid-sized firms wanting plain OKRs) and Tability third (startups and product teams). Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands, wherever the category has them.

Is there free OKR software for a small team?

Yes, with limits. Perdoo's free plan covers up to five users and includes strategy maps, OKR and KPI tracking and meetings. Weekdone is free for up to three users with all features, according to its pricing page.

How much does OKR software cost per user?

Published entry prices run from about 6 to 10 currency units per user per month on annual billing: Perdoo from 6.40 euros, Mooncamp from 7 euros, Tability from 6 dollars, Betterworks from 8 dollars for a plan that also covers performance management, and Lattice lists its Goals and OKRs module at 8 dollars per seat.

What replaced Microsoft Viva Goals for existing users?

There is no single successor. Perdoo, Mooncamp and Cascade each publish pages aimed at Viva Goals customers, and Perdoo's pricing page quotes a customer who tested alternatives after Microsoft announced the shutdown.

Is OKR software different from performance management software?

They overlap but answer different questions. OKR software tracks what the company is trying to achieve and how far along each result is. Performance management software tracks how people are doing through reviews, feedback and calibration.

Do OKR tools connect to Jira, Salesforce or spreadsheets?

Most do, and this is the feature that decides whether key results stay current. Perdoo lists Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Google Sheets and Excel Online integrations across its tiers.

Can a company with 50 employees use an enterprise OKR platform?

It can, but the process around it may be heavier than the program needs. Workpath, Cascade and Profit.co are aimed at strategy offices, with KPIs, initiatives and framework options beyond OKRs, and they sell through a sales conversation.

Where is OKR data hosted, and does it matter for GDPR?

It matters for European employers because check-in comments name individuals.

How long does it take to roll out OKRs with software?

A pilot team can enter objectives in a day. A company-wide rollout takes a full quarter, because the first cycle is spent learning to write measurable key results.

Should OKRs sit in the HR system or in a separate tool?

Choose the HR suite if reviews, engagement and goals are all owned by one people team and the company wants one login.

What does OKR software do badly?

It records intent more easily than it improves judgment. Tools make it easy to create hundreds of key results, and a dashboard full of green and amber bars can hide the fact that nobody has changed priorities.
