Finland has the highest CRM cloud adoption of the 16 countries compared here. In 2023, 34.55% of its enterprises with 10 or more employees paid for CRM software as a cloud service, 3.0 times the EU27 average of 11.34%.

Since 2018, when the figure stood at 24.16%, CRM adoption has risen 10.39 points, a steeper climb than the EU27 average's 4.69. Ranked on the 2018 figures it holds the same place, first.
CRM and ERP run close to level here: 34.41% for ERP in 2023 against 34.55% for CRM, with CRM ahead by 0.14 points. That is 22.68 points above the EU27's 11.73% and first of 16, the same place as on CRM. It was 27.81% in 2021; the 6.6-point rise since then outpaces the 2.08 points the EU27 average added. Closest behind in the CRM ranking is the Netherlands (30.64%).
