10.02% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Spain pay for CRM software as a cloud service, below the EU27 average of 11.34% by 1.3 points. That ranks Spain 8 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 11.18%, against 7.15% for CRM back in 2018.
