7.84% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Italy pay for CRM software as a cloud service, below the EU27 average of 11.34% by 3.5 points. That ranks Italy 9 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 10.91%, against 5.54% for CRM back in 2018.
