7.42% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in France pay for CRM software as a cloud service, below the EU27 average of 11.34% by 3.9 points. That ranks France 10 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 8.79%, against 6.85% for CRM back in 2018.
