16.99% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Poland pay for CRM software as a cloud service, above the EU27 average of 11.34% by 5.6 points. That ranks Poland 6 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 17.58%, against 2.64% for CRM back in 2018.
