Enterprise Software Adoption in Hungary

Hungary falls below the EU27 average on CRM cloud adoption. 8.75% of enterprises with 10 or more employees paid for CRM software as a cloud service in 2023, 2.59 points under the bloc's 11.34% and twelfth of the 16 countries compared here.
CRM and ERP in Hungary, against the EU27
Growth has been slower than the bloc's: up 3.88 points from 4.87% in 2018, while the EU27 average gained 4.69. It was under the average in 2018 as well. Ranked on the 2018 figures it would have been thirteenth, so it has gained 1 place.
ERP is the stronger of the two measures: 10.4% of enterprises paid for ERP software as a cloud service in 2023, 1.65 points more than did so for CRM. That is 1.33 points below the EU27's 11.73% and eleventh of 16, 1 place higher than on CRM. It was 4.67% in 2021; the 5.73-point rise since then outpaces the 2.08 points the EU27 average added. In the CRM ranking Hungary sits between Czechia (9.41%) and Italy (7.84%).
