21.15% of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Belgium pay for CRM software as a cloud service, above the EU27 average of 11.34% by 9.8 points. That ranks Belgium 4 of 10 in this comparison. ERP cloud adoption stands at 23.87%, against 16.0% for CRM back in 2018.
