Enterprise Software Adoption in Belgium

At 21.15%, the share of enterprises in Belgium paying for CRM software as a cloud service was 1.9 times the EU27 average of 11.34% in 2023. That is the fifth-highest figure among the 16 countries compared here.
CRM and ERP in Belgium, against the EU27
Since 2018, when the figure stood at 16.0%, CRM adoption has risen 5.15 points, a steeper climb than the EU27 average's 4.69. Ranked on the 2018 figures it holds the same place, fifth.
ERP is the stronger of the two measures: 23.87% of enterprises paid for ERP software as a cloud service in 2023, 2.72 points more than did so for CRM. That is 12.14 points above the EU27's 11.73% and fourth of 16, 1 place higher than on CRM. It was 19.02% in 2021; the 4.85-point rise since then outpaces the 2.08 points the EU27 average added. In the CRM ranking Belgium sits between Sweden (22.99%) and Ireland (17.17%).
