Best Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Software in 2026

The short answer

  1. #1 PartnerStack: One platform for affiliate, referral and co-sell partners. Best for: B2B SaaS partner programs of mixed types.
  2. #2 Kiflo: Partnership management with published pricing and account mapping. Best for: Small partner teams wanting a published price.
  3. #3 Introw: PRM with a free starter plan and AI support agents. Best for: Small teams wanting a free first portal.

Visibility in this ranking can be paid for. Payment moves a vendor's position within the shortlist; it never adds a vendor, and it never changes a word of the review. The largest vendors in partner relationship management (PRM) software cannot hold places 1 to 3. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. How it works: placement disclosure · editorial process.

The 14 tools, reviewed

#1 PartnerStack

One platform for affiliate, referral and co-sell partners · United States · partnerstack.com

Multiple partner types SOC 2 Type II Partner payments

PartnerStack earns first place by covering the widest range of partner motions without a stated limit on partners or internal users. A team can run affiliate links, lead and deal registration, co-sell and customer referrals side by side, pay partners through the platform, and sync referrals to a CRM.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Three plans (Launch, Growth, Enterprise) with pricing confirmed in a demo, based on program size, features and support level. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: B2B SaaS partner programs of mixed types
  • Strengths: Affiliate link tracking; Lead and deal registration; Partner marketplace.

Where it falls short

No price is published, and the pricing page says the final plan is confirmed in the demo.

Wrong for

A manufacturer or distributor with a physical product catalog, or a team that needs a published price and a free tier.

Visit PartnerStack →

#2 Kiflo

Partnership management with published pricing and account mapping · France · kiflo.com

Published entry price Account mapping SOC 2 Type 2

Kiflo earns second place because a small team can see its price, start at $399 a month and still get account overlap, co-sell collaboration, a partner portal, deal registration and automatic reward calculation. Users and partner programs are unlimited on every plan, and 1,000 GB of asset storage is included.

  • Pricing: Per active partner / month. Core $399 a month for 25 partners and capped at 50 (yearly billing saves 10 percent). Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Small partner teams wanting a published price
  • Strengths: Account mapping; Co-sell collaborations; Partner portal.

Where it falls short

Core stops at 50 partners and three partner managers, and payouts must be triggered by hand until Plus. SSO, co-branded collateral and a dedicated success manager require Premier, which is quoted.

Wrong for

A large channel organization with thousands of partners, multiple regions and approval chains, which will outgrow Core quickly.

Visit Kiflo →

#3 Introw

PRM with a free starter plan and AI support agents · Belgium · introw.io

Free Starter plan HubSpot and Salesforce AI agents

Introw comes third because it is the only product here with a free plan that includes a working portal, deal and lead registration and a CRM connection to HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Pricing: Free tier, then quote. Starter is free with 1 seat and a portal for 1 partner. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Small teams wanting a free first portal
  • Strengths: Partner portal; Deal and lead registration; Commission and SPIFF plans.

Where it falls short

The free plan covers one partner, so a real program moves to a quoted plan almost immediately, and the paid prices are not published.

Wrong for

A program with hundreds of resellers, MDF approval chains and a distributor tier.

Visit Introw →

#4 Magentrix

Customizable PRM that mirrors the CRM data model · Canada · magentrix.com

Published tiers CRM schema mirroring ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Magentrix is fourth because its approach differs from the template portals: it describes itself as a platform that a team can extend with a developer CLI, an IDE and a REST API, while its CRM mirror copies data and schema from Salesforce, Dynamics or HubSpot.

  • Pricing: Per month, by tier. Essentials from $1,500 a month and Advanced from $3,000 a month (monthly terms carry a 10 percent surcharge). Free plan: free trial.
  • Best for: Mature programs needing a custom portal
  • Strengths: Partner portal; CRM schema mirroring; Deal management.

Where it falls short

Plan limits count partner users or partner accounts, and added users, AI features and many modules cost extra, so the starting price is a floor.

Wrong for

A team with no technical help that wants a portal live by a template.

Visit Magentrix →

#5 ZINFI

Unified partner management with published tier prices · United States · zinfi.com

Published tier prices CPQ and commissions Partner marketing

ZINFI sits fifth: a rare channel suite that publishes list prices, fixed tiers and setup fees. Starter at $17,400 a year and Professional at $28,200 a year cover programs up to 250 partners with 6 or 10 lifecycle applications and one or two connectors.

  • Pricing: Per month, annual billing. Starter $1,450 a month and Professional $2,350 a month, billed annually, for programs up to 250 partners. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Mid-size reseller programs wanting list prices
  • Strengths: Partner onboarding; Deal and lead registration; Co-branded campaigns.

Where it falls short

Prices are annual only, setup is a separate and sizeable line, and Enterprise connectors are sold à la carte.

Wrong for

A first-time program with ten partners that cannot spend $20,000 in a year.

Visit ZINFI →

#6 Salesforce Partner Relationship Management

PRM that runs inside Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud · United States · salesforce.com

Inside Sales Cloud Per-member pricing Partner Connect

Salesforce PRM is the default for a company whose deals, accounts and reporting already live in Sales Cloud, because partners work on the same objects instead of a synced copy.

  • Pricing: Per member / month. Listed from $25 per member per month for PRM and $50 for Partner Ecosystem Management, billed annually, on top of a Sales Cloud edition. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Companies running everything on Salesforce
  • Strengths: Experience Cloud portal; Deal management; Channel analytics.

Where it falls short

The price is per member and sits on top of a Sales Cloud edition, so the total depends on edition, partner user count and add-ons, and the page itself says pricing is for information only.

Wrong for

A HubSpot, Dynamics or Pipedrive company, or a team with no Salesforce administrator.

#7 Impartner

Enterprise PRM with partner marketing and CPQ · United States · impartner.com

Enterprise PRM suite SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001 Hyperscaler workflows

Impartner is seventh because the breadth that suits an enterprise channel team is more than a small program needs. Its PRM covers lifecycle, deal registration, training, MDF, tiering, paid media and referral automation, and it adds CPQ, distributor connections and workflows for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud marketplaces.

  • Pricing: Quote only. No published price. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Large reseller and distributor programs
  • Strengths: Partner lifecycle management; Deal registration and pipeline; Training and certification (SCORM).

Where it falls short

There is no published price, and the pricing page is a request form.

Wrong for

A company with fewer than fifty partners and no channel operations manager.

Visit Impartner →

#8 Unifyr (formerly Zift Solutions)

PRM and partner marketing, formerly Zift Solutions · United States · unifyr.com

Formerly Zift Through-channel marketing Four CRM syncs

Unifyr ranks eighth: Zift Solutions started in 2006 in Cary, North Carolina, merged with Relayware in 2017 and became Unifyr in 2024, and ziftsolutions.com now redirects to the new domain.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Three plans (Activate, Grow, Scale) with no published prices. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Channel teams running co-branded campaigns
  • Strengths: Partner recruitment and onboarding; Deal registration; Training and certification.

Where it falls short

No prices are published, and the terms say fees are quoted in U.S. dollars, invoiced in advance, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Wrong for

A buyer who needs a stated security certification before a pilot, or who needs a program live in an afternoon.

Visit Unifyr (formerly Zift Solutions) →

#9 Channeltivity

PRM for dealer, distributor and partner networks · United States · channeltivity.com

Dealer networks SOC 2 Type II Quoted by program

Channeltivity is ninth, a dealer and distributor specialist rather than a general-purpose choice. It sorts programs into three profiles: around 100 partners in one region, hundreds of dealers across regions with approval workflows, and thousands of partners with global system integrators.

  • Pricing: Quote only. Quote only. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Dealer and distributor networks
  • Strengths: Partner applications and onboarding; Deal registration and referrals; Branded partner portal.

Where it falls short

There is no public price, and the agreement auto-renews unless notice is given 30 days before the term ends.

Wrong for

A software startup with referral partners and a HubSpot stack, or a team wanting self-serve signup.

Visit Channeltivity →

#10 Mindmatrix

Partner marketing automation and PRM · United States · mindmatrix.net

Partner marketing Salesforce integration Quoted by sales

Mindmatrix is tenth. It describes a partner marketing automation product with a PRM, an LMS, a solution marketplace and content management for vendors that sell through several brands, plus a Salesforce PRM and Sales Cloud integration.

  • Pricing: Quote only. No published prices or pricing model on the pages we could read. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Channel marketers using Salesforce
  • Strengths: Partner marketing automation; PRM; Salesforce PRM integration.

Where it falls short

The company's main domain, mindmatrix.com, did not respond from our connection, and we read its mindmatrix.net site instead.

Wrong for

A buyer who needs published numbers before a first call, or a security attestation stated on the vendor's own pages.

Visit Mindmatrix →

#11 Crossbeam (including Reveal)

Ecosystem data and account mapping between partners · United States · crossbeam.com

Account overlap Free plan SOC 2 Type II

Crossbeam is eleventh because it answers one question well: which of my target accounts are customers or open deals at my partners. It starts with a free plan, then a $4,800-a-year Connector plan with one seat and 500 credits.

  • Pricing: Platform fee + seats. Free plan. Free plan: free plan.
  • Best for: Tech alliances mapping account overlap
  • Strengths: Account mapping; Deal Navigator; Pipeline generation.

Where it falls short

It has no partner portal, training or commission engine, so it is not a PRM on its own.

Wrong for

A reseller program that needs a portal, training and commissions.

Visit Crossbeam (including Reveal) →

#12 impact.com

Partnership management for affiliate, creator and referral programs · United States · impact.com

Affiliate and creator Published tiers Payout based

impact.com is twelfth in this ranking because its strength is paying partners for tracked sales, not running a reseller channel. It lists plans on its pricing page, with a $30-a-month Starter tier for stores on named e-commerce platforms, and Essentials at $500 a month.

  • Pricing: Platform fee + payout volume. Starter $30 a month plus 2.5 percent of revenue (listed e-commerce platforms only). Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Brands paying partners for tracked sales
  • Strengths: Affiliate tracking; Partner marketplace; Creator management.

Where it falls short

Price rises with partner payout volume, with minimum payouts and included payout caps at each tier, and the cheapest plan is limited to named store platforms.

Wrong for

A B2B vendor with named-account resellers and long sales cycles.

Visit impact.com →

#13 Partnerize

Affiliate and partnership automation · United Kingdom · partnerize.com

Affiliate-first UK company Two pricing models

Partnerize is thirteenth because it describes itself as an affiliate automation platform first, and only some of that overlaps with a PRM. The company, Performance Horizon Group Limited, is registered in England and Wales and gives a Newcastle address.

  • Pricing: License or performance-based. Quote only. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Brands running large affiliate programs
  • Strengths: Partner discovery and matching; Automated payouts; Fraud detection.

Where it falls short

The site does not describe deal registration, a reseller portal, training or MDF, so it is not a channel-sales PRM.

Wrong for

A B2B software vendor with resellers and technology alliances.

Visit Partnerize →

#14 Tackle

Cloud marketplace listing and co-sell automation · United States · tackle.io

Cloud marketplaces Co-sell Salesforce integration

Tackle closes the list because it solves a narrower problem than the others: selling through AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud marketplaces and working deals with those providers' sellers. It describes marketplace listing, offer creation and booking in one workflow, cloud buyer data for sellers, and a Salesforce integration.

  • Pricing: Quote only. No published price; sold by contact with sales. Free plan: none.
  • Best for: Software vendors selling on cloud marketplaces
  • Strengths: Marketplace listing; Private offers; Co-sell automation.

Where it falls short

It does not manage resellers, referral partners or commissions, and it is not a portal for your own channel.

Wrong for

A company whose partners are resellers, agencies or referral sources.

Visit Tackle →

What this category is

Partner relationship management (PRM) software is a system a company uses to recruit, onboard, enable and pay the indirect partners that sell or refer its product: resellers, referral partners, agencies, integrators and technology alliances.

How we ranked these

Five tests, applied to every product. The order is not the tests alone: places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them, and the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order.

  • Setup: The CRM sync and the first partner login.
  • The real price: Seats, partner counts and annual uplift.
  • Getting your data out: Partner records, deals and payout history.
  • Independence from the vendor: CRM lock, AI add-ons and who holds the money.
  • Who it's for: Portal-first, co-sell-first or payout-first programs.

What the data says about this market

Ten of the fourteen products here are headquartered in the United States, and the rest are spread across Canada (Magentrix), France (Kiflo), Belgium (Introw) and the United Kingdom (Partnerize). Seven state SOC 2 Type II on their own sites or trust centers: PartnerStack, Impartner, Magentrix, Channeltivity, Crossbeam, Kiflo and Introw. Only Introw and Crossbeam offer a free plan, and eight publish no price for their paid plans. A buyer should read that as a market that still sells mostly through demos and annual order forms, with a small group of newer vendors publishing numbers to win smaller programs.

How to choose

  1. Write down your partner motion in one sentence. Before opening any demo, write the sentence that describes how a partner earns you revenue: resells under contract, refers a lead for a fee, co-sells a joint account, or runs a managed service on your product.
  2. Get the full cost in writing, including renewal. Ask each shortlisted vendor for a quote that lists subscription, setup, connectors, partner or user overage, AI credits and payout fees as separate lines, and what each changes at renewal.
  3. Pilot with three real partners and one real deal each. Run a four-week pilot with three partners of different types, and have each register one live deal, complete one training item and submit one lead.

Questions and answers

What is the best partner relationship management software in 2026?

PartnerStack ranks first of 14, best for b2B SaaS partner programs of mixed types. Kiflo is second (small partner teams wanting a published price) and Introw third (small teams wanting a free first portal). Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands, wherever the category has them.

What is the difference between PRM software and affiliate software?

Affiliate software tracks a click or code to a sale and pays commission, which suits e-commerce and short buying cycles. PRM software manages longer relationships: partner applications, deal registration, training, tiers, marketing funds and co-selling with the vendor's sales team.

How much does PRM software cost?

Published prices on this list range widely.

Do I need a partner portal, or can I run partners from my CRM?

A CRM custom object and a shared form is enough for fewer than about twenty partners who register a few deals a year.

Which PRM works best with HubSpot?

Introw lists HubSpot on every plan, including the Pro plan where it is the only CRM supported, and Kiflo states two-way HubSpot and Salesforce sync.

Can a small company use PRM software?

Yes, if the product is priced for it. Introw has a free Starter plan with one seat and a portal for one partner.

What is deal registration and why does it matter?

Deal registration lets a partner tell the vendor about an opportunity before the vendor's own salesperson contacts the same account, and gives the partner protection for a set period.

How do commissions and partner payouts work in a PRM?

The PRM calculates what each partner earned from a revenue or deal rule, then either exports the figure or pays it.

Is the vendor's SOC 2 report enough for my security review?

It is a good start, not the end. PartnerStack, Impartner, Magentrix, Channeltivity, Crossbeam, Kiflo and Introw all state SOC 2 Type II on their own pages, and Impartner and Magentrix add ISO 27001.

Can I use PRM software to sell through AWS, Azure and Google marketplaces?

Yes, but pick for it. Tackle is built for listing and transacting on the AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud marketplaces and co-selling with their reps.

How long does it take to switch from a spreadsheet to a PRM?

Vendors state anywhere from days to weeks: Magentrix says days if there are no delays on your side, and PartnerStack says weeks depending on integrations. In our experience the software is ready sooner than the program is.
