Property managers look past Hostaway when a quote is the only way to see a price, when the contract length sits in a private agreement, or when they want a lighter tool for a handful of listings. Most compare Guesty and Hostfully for a similar professional suite, Hospitable and Smoobu for smaller portfolios.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. The first three alternatives
go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the
established names follow in their ranked order. How it works:
placement disclosure · editorial process.
What each alternative does differently
Splits the offer in two: Lite lists $9 per listing a month for 1 to 3 listings, with a 14-day trial, while Pro for 4 to 199 listings is quoted. Pro adds 60+ channels, an owner portal and revenue management. Optional tools such as damage protection are billed separately.
Switch from Hostaway if you manage a larger portfolio and want an owner portal, and you accept a quote.

Questions and answers
Does Hostaway publish its prices?
No. The pricing page we fetched on 5 November 2026 showed a form that asks how many listings you manage and printed no amount. The bands offered are 2-14, 15-49 and 50+ listings, plus a link for a single listing. Request a quote.
How long is a Hostaway contract?
The public terms say the length of the term is set in the main agreement, such as your sales contract. The terms do not state a minimum. Check the order form for the term, renewal and notice rules before you sign or give notice.
Can Hostaway raise its prices during the term?
Yes, with notice. The terms let the supplier amend prices and fees by notifying the customer at least 14 calendar days ahead. A customer who disagrees may terminate, notifying at least five calendar days before the increase begins.
What happens to my guest data when I leave Hostaway?
On your request in text form, the supplier must delete or return personal data after the service ends, unless EU or member-state law requires storage. The terms do not name an export format, so ask support which files cover reservations and owners.
Which Hostaway alternatives print a price?
Hostfully, Hostify, Smoobu, OwnerRez, Beds24, iGMS, Uplisting and Rentals United show at least some prices on their pages. Guesty prints $9 per listing for Lite only. Avantio and Streamline are quote-only, and Hospitable's paid figures did not render.
Is there a free option if I leave Hostaway?
Yes, in a limited form. Hospitable lists a free Essentials plan for inbox and channel sync, Zeevou a Forever Free core, and iGMS a free pilot plan with a 4% fee on direct payments. Check the limits against the features you use.
