Guesty alternatives: 11 compared

Guesty users look elsewhere when the Lite plan ends at three listings, when Pro and Enterprise stay quote-only, or when add-ons raise the bill. Most small portfolios move to Zeevou, Hospitable, Uplisting or Smoobu, and larger managers compare Hostify, Avantio and Streamline.

Short answer: The closest replacements for Guesty in our vacation rental software ranking are Zeevou, Hospitable and Uplisting. Choose Zeevou if you want a free core system and pay only for the modules you add. All 11 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Vacation Rental Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Guesty and when Guesty is still the better choice.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. The first three alternatives go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow in their ranked order. Why buyers look past Guesty

  1. Pro and Enterprise show no price

Guesty lists Lite from $9 per listing a month for 1 to 3 listings. Pro covers 4 to 199 listings and Enterprise 200 or more, and both say 'Get a quote' or 'Customized offer'. A manager with four listings cannot see a price before talking to sales.

  2. Core tools are sold as add-ons

Guesty's pricing page lists PriceOptimizer, Damage Protection, LocksManager, GuestyPay and Advanced Websites as optional add-ons. It also marks Trust Accounting, GuestVerify and Liability Coverage as add-ons. None of them shows a price, so the full monthly cost is unknown until a quote arrives.

  3. A broad group with many acquisitions

Guesty's own timeline lists Yield Planet, HiRUM and Kigo in 2022, StaySense in 2023 and Rentals United in 2024. Its terms name Guesty, Inc., a Delaware corporation, under Delaware law, although the signed contract can set different terms. Some buyers prefer a smaller vendor.

When Guesty is still the right choice

Guesty fits a manager with many listings who wants one vendor for channels, payments, trust accounting and pricing tools, and who accepts a quote. Its timeline shows steady acquisitions, and the pricing page lists add-ons for most needs. If your portfolio is large and growing, a broad suite can cost less than assembling separate tools.

What to expect when you switch from Guesty

  1. Export and rebuild your listings first

Guesty's pricing page does not describe a data export, so we could not verify one. Ask Guesty for your reservation, guest and owner records in writing before you cancel. Then rebuild listings, rates and channel connections in the new system and test a booking on each channel.

  2. Check the contract before you give notice

Guesty's terms say the signed Guesty Contract prevails over the terms in a conflict. Read your own contract for notice periods, renewal terms and add-on commitments. Pro and Enterprise prices are quoted privately, so your renewal price may differ from any list we found.

  3. Plan for add-ons you now rely on

If you use GuestyPay, Trust Accounting or PriceOptimizer, list what replaces each one before you switch. Smaller tools often cover payments or pricing through partners or separate modules, so compare the total monthly cost, not the base plan.

Questions and answers

Does Guesty have a free plan?

No, Guesty lists no free plan. Its Lite plan starts at $9 per listing a month for 1 to 3 listings and comes with a 14-day free trial. Zeevou and Hospitable both list a free entry plan if cost is the main reason to leave.

What does Guesty cost for more than three listings?

Guesty shows no price for Pro, which covers 4 to 199 listings, and says 'Get a quote'. Enterprise for 200 or more listings is a customized offer. You need to contact sales for a number.

Which Guesty features are paid add-ons?

Guesty lists PriceOptimizer, Damage Protection, LocksManager, GuestyPay, Guest Communication Services, Advanced Websites and Guesty Capital as optional add-ons. Trust Accounting, GuestVerify and Liability Coverage are also marked as add-ons. No add-on price is shown.

Who owns Guesty and where is it based?

Guesty's timeline says it moved its headquarters to Tel Aviv in 2014. Its terms name Guesty, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the contracting party, governed by Delaware law. The signed contract may set a different entity.

Does Guesty own Rentals United?

Yes, Guesty's own timeline lists the Rentals United acquisition in 2024. Rentals United is also in our category, but we left it out of the alternatives because it belongs to the same group as Guesty.

What is the cheapest way to leave Guesty?

Zeevou's Core plan is free at £0 a month with unlimited listings, and Hospitable's Essentials plan is free. Beds24 starts at €15.50 a month. Compare add-ons and booking fees too, because they change the real monthly cost.
