Teams look past Time Doctor when they want hours without screenshots and activity scoring, when per-user plans plus add-ons and a 30-day renewal notice feel heavy, or when billing and invoicing matter more than oversight. Most go to Hubstaff or TimeCamp for monitoring, and to Toggl Track, Clockify or Harvest for plain time data.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. The first three alternatives
go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the
established names follow in their ranked order. How it works:

Questions and answers
Can I export my data from Time Doctor?
Yes, reports such as Hours Tracked offer Export to Excel or CSV. Run each report over the dates you need before closing the account. Retention is a rolling two years for paid accounts, so older detail may already be gone.
How do I cancel Time Doctor?
The company owner logs in, opens Settings, then Billing, and uses the Cancel account link under Billing details. A dialog asks why you are leaving. The terms say non-renewal needs written notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
Does Time Doctor refund unused time?
Generally no. The refund policy says refunds are not given after the 14-day trial, except for service downtime or a cancellation request that was not processed. Dissatisfaction and missing the renewal date do not qualify.
Can Time Doctor raise the price at renewal?
Yes. The terms say Time Doctor may change subscription fees at renewal at its sole discretion, and for month-to-month plans may change pricing with at least 30 days of notice. Fixed-term order forms keep fees unchanged during the term.
Do I still pay for users I remove?
Yes, until the billing cycle ends. The refund policy says removed users stay billable for the full cycle if listed as active, even with no hours logged. The billing article adds that archived users are excluded, and a minimum user count can apply.
Who is the contracting party for Time Doctor?
The Terms of Service name Mystaff.com, LLC as Time Doctor. The category listing names Time Doctor LLC in Las Vegas, so confirm the entity on your order form. The help center footer reads Time Doctor.
