Kyriba is an enterprise treasury platform from San Diego, and buyers look past it when they want a cash forecast without a treasury project, or a price they can read before a demo. Most go first to GTreasury or Trovata for a treasury system, then to Agicap, Tidely or Float for a lighter forecast.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. The first three alternatives
go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the
established names follow in their ranked order. How it works:

What each alternative does differently
1. GTreasury
United States
The closest like-for-like swap: a treasury management system, now presented as Ripple Treasury powered by GTreasury, with cash forecasting beside liquidity, reconciliation, netting, payments and risk. Its site states 13,000 connected banks and describes GSmart, an AI layer for treasury actions. Pricing is by demo request only.
Switch from Kyriba if you want another full treasury system and are only moving vendor, not scope.
Company website → · Where GTreasury ranks and why
Bank-data first. The pricing page shows $24k a year covering one managed bank access, 100 accounts, 1,000,000 transactions and 10 users, with Admin, User and Reader roles. It is a printed entry price for a corporate team, though it is still far above ledger-based forecasting tools.
Switch from Kyriba if you want bank-fed forecasting with a printed annual base price instead of a quote.
Company website → · Where Trovata ranks and why
Sold as nine modules, each with its own pre-built agents, which a team can buy one at a time and add to later. The site says onboarding takes days and that more than 100 finance teams work with it. There is no price on the page, only a demo route.
Switch from Kyriba if you want to start with forecasting and add treasury modules gradually.
Company website → · Where Nilus ranks and why
Connects banks and accounting software and projects up to 13 weeks ahead from actual positions. The home page says more than 8000 clients use it. The vendor states a minimum 12-month subscription, and plans are quoted, so it replaces the forecast but not the treasury controls.
Switch from Kyriba if you want bank-fed forecasting for a mid-sized finance team on an annual contract.
Company website → · Where Agicap ranks and why
German-language pages list Starter at 55 euros a month, Professional at 105, Business at 265 and Enterprise on quote. A DATEV connector costs 35 euros a month extra and each added company 20 euros. It reads bank accounts, so it suits a smaller German company.
Switch from Kyriba if you are a smaller German or DACH company that wants printed euro tiers and bank-based forecasting.
Company website → · Where Tidely ranks and why
Prices are on the page: Small Business from £99 a month, Growth at £199 (£159 billed annually) and Scale from £295 for several entities. It reads ledger data, not bank feeds, and the plans carry a 14-day trial. Nothing in it handles payments, hedging or bank connectivity.
Switch from Kyriba if you only need a forecast from your ledger and want to see the price first.
Company website → · Where Float ranks and why
Priced by annual revenue, with the Pro tier for revenue up to $1M listed at $55 a month and lower rates on longer terms. It builds the forecast from QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Zoho Books and other ledgers, and the site lists ISO 27001 and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Switch from Kyriba if you run a small company and want a revenue-based price with a refund window.
Company website → · Where Cash Flow Frog ranks and why
A reporting and forecasting tool that projects the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow together and reads QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Sage and Excel. Pro Gold is listed at $450 a month for 25 companies plus $17 for each extra company, with a 14-day trial. It is built for advisors.
Switch from Kyriba if an advisory firm or finance team needs forecasts and management reports across several small companies.
Company website → · Where Fathom ranks and why
Licence bands in dollars: Single at $40 a month for 1 to 5 licences, then Starter $250, Professional $350 and Practice $550, with a 14-day trial. It forecasts daily cash, P&L and balance sheet from Xero, QuickBooks or Sage data and adds a headcount forecast.
Switch from Kyriba if you keep your books in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage and want reporting plus a daily cash view.
Company website → · Where Futrli ranks and why
The lowest published prices in this list: $25 a month for a one-year forecast, $50 for three years and $75 for ten, with 20 percent off annual billing. Users are unlimited. It models from assumptions on a timeline, not from bank feeds, so it plans rather than monitors.
Switch from Kyriba if you need a plan for a lender or investor, not a live treasury view.

11. Spotlight Reporting
New Zealand
A reporting, forecasting and dashboard platform sold mainly through accountants, with white labelling, group consolidation and Xero and QuickBooks integrations. Its home page features AI executive summaries and consolidated forecasting. The pages we read printed no price for business owners buying directly.
Switch from Kyriba if an accountant or franchise group wants consolidated forecasts across many small entities.

Questions and answers
Can I export my data from Kyriba?
The pages we read do not describe export formats, so ask for them in writing. Kyriba's site mentions open APIs for data automation and connections to banks and ERPs. Request the formats, the history depth and the delivery date for a full extract before you give notice.
Does Kyriba publish its contract terms?
No. The pages we read carry no price, plan list, notice period or renewal terms, only a request for a demo. Your order form is the document that decides notice and renewal, so read that rather than the website.
Is Kyriba still sold under that name?
Yes. The site presents the product as Kyriba's Liquidity Performance platform, with a 2026 copyright to Kyriba. Its contact page names San Diego, California as corporate headquarters, with offices in New York, Frankfurt, Paris, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Warsaw, Milan and Shanghai.
Is there a cheaper Kyriba package for a mid-sized company?
Yes, in a limited sense. The mid-market page describes Kyriba Essentials for Mid-Market with cash management and forecasting, treasury, payments and controls and Trusted Agentic AI. It is priced by banking footprint and comes with a fixed-fee startup service. No figure is printed.
What breaks when I replace Kyriba with a forecasting tool?
Payments, fraud controls, FX and risk work do not carry over, because most forecasting tools do not offer them. Kyriba lists all of these beside cash forecasting. Map each one to a new owner, tool or manual process before the move.
How secure is Kyriba compared with what I would move to?
Kyriba's Trust Center lists ISO 27001, SOC 1, 2 and 3 Type II reports, TISAX, GDPR compliance, a Data Privacy Framework certification, SWIFT compatibility and hosting on Amazon Web Services. Ask each alternative for the same documents, because lighter tools publish fewer of them.
Which alternatives print a price?
Float, Cash Flow Frog, Tidely, Fathom, Futrli and Brixx show prices on their pages, and Trovata shows a $24k a year base. Agicap, Nilus and GTreasury quote on request. Compare entry cost against what the base package leaves out.
