PostHog gives a product team funnels and retention, session replay to see what happened, and feature flags with A/B testing from the same install. Mixpanel covers the analytics and lists A/B testing, but session replay there is an add-on. A team that would otherwise buy analytics, replay and flagging separately consolidates more with PostHog.
