Bazaarvoice alternatives: 11 compared

Brands look past Bazaarvoice when they want a published price, a lighter setup than a quote-led enterprise contract, or a review tool for one storefront rather than a retail syndication network. Most go to Yotpo, Okendo or Reviews.io for a similar scope, or to Junip and Judge.me for flat plans.

Short answer: The closest replacements for Bazaarvoice in our product review software ranking are Yotpo, Okendo and Reviews.io. Choose Yotpo if you want reviews with loyalty and retail syndication, and a published entry price. These 11 options are lifted from the Best Product Review Software in 2026 list. The write-ups look at one question, how each one differs from Bazaarvoice, and admit where Bazaarvoice is still ahead.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. The first three alternatives go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow in their ranked order. Why buyers look past Bazaarvoice

  1. No price on the page

The pricing and packages page lists Ratings and Reviews, Questions and Answers, Syndication and Sampling without a single price and routes visitors to sales. Buyers who need a number to compare, or a budget before a call, cannot get one from the page.

  2. Key features sit on the top tier

Within Ratings and Reviews, the Enterprise tier carries the APIs, the mobile SDK, review highlights and retail syndication through the Bazaarvoice Network. Essentials and Advanced do not list them. A brand that mainly wants syndication has to buy the highest package.

  3. A large platform for a small catalog

The homepage presents Source, Display and Amplify, covering sampling, creator marketing, social commerce and syndication. A store that only needs review collection and display on its own site pays attention to many modules it will not use.

When Bazaarvoice is still the right choice

Stay with Bazaarvoice if you are a large brand that needs syndication of reviews to many retailers, plus sampling and creator programs from one vendor. Its Enterprise review tier lists APIs, a mobile SDK and the Bazaarvoice Network, and its homepage cites 13,000 or more brands and retailers. A single-store review app does not replace that retail reach.

What to expect when you switch from Bazaarvoice

  1. Ask for your review export first

Public Bazaarvoice pages we opened do not describe an export format or a retention period. Put the request in writing to your account team, and ask for reviews, photos, videos and answers with their metadata, before you give notice.

  2. Syndication does not move by itself

Retailer connections run through the Bazaarvoice Network, so they are not part of a plain review export. A smaller tool may import your reviews, while retailer feeds and Google syndication need to be set up again or sourced elsewhere.

  3. Check the contract before the date

Termination, notice and renewal terms are in the Client Agreements, which are listed on the legal page, not in public price lists. Read them first, note the notice window, and plan the cutover so the review widgets do not go dark.

Questions and answers

Can I export my reviews from Bazaarvoice?

The public pages we opened do not state an export format, so ask your account team in writing. Request reviews, photos, videos and questions with their dates, ratings and product IDs, so the new tool can import them.

How do I cancel Bazaarvoice?

Cancellation terms are in your Client Agreement, which is listed on the legal page as a separate document. Read the notice period and renewal clause there, and send notice through your account team before the window closes.

How much does Bazaarvoice cost?

No price is published; packages are quoted after a conversation with sales. The pricing page names Ratings and Reviews, Questions and Answers, Syndication and Sampling, and shows three tiers inside Ratings and Reviews.

Will I lose syndication to retailers when I leave?

Yes, unless the new vendor runs its own retailer network. Bazaarvoice describes syndication through its Bazaarvoice Network on the Enterprise review tier. Some alternatives, such as Yotpo Premium, list retail syndication; most Shopify apps syndicate to Google and social channels instead.

What happens to questions and answers?

Questions and Answers are included in the Advanced and Enterprise review tiers and sold as a standalone product too. Ask for them in the export, because many review apps handle questions differently or not at all.

Does a Bazaarvoice integration break when I switch?

Yes, any widget, API call or mobile SDK use tied to Bazaarvoice must be replaced. Enterprise customers who use the APIs or SDK should list each integration before choosing a replacement and test the new display on staging.
