When you need a niche integration or a replacement administrator quickly, NetSuite's larger market helps.

Acumatica can run in its cloud, a private cloud or on your own infrastructure, with the price varying by option. NetSuite is cloud only; it ships two major releases a year, upgrading customers in phases with a preview account for testing, and says customizations migrate automatically. Renewals are where customers regularly report double-digit increases. One gives you an exit from the vendor's hosting; the other gives painless upgrades with price risk.
